Swann Takes Flight - Visit to easyJet at BIA
South Antrim MP Robin Swann enjoyed a productive visit to easyJet at Belfast International Airport to meet with Senior Management about their work to keep Northern Ireland connected to key destinations across Europe and beyond.
During the visit, Mr. Swann discussed routes, local jobs and economic growth with easyJet staff. He highlighted the airline's important role in the local economy, noting that easyJet directly employs over 400 people at Belfast International Airport.
Mr Swann said:
"It was fantastic to engage with the easyJet team and learn more about their operations firsthand,"
"From the cockpit to the ground crew, their work is vital for our connectivity and prosperity. There was a sigh of relief from the passengers of the Newcastle-bound plane when I left the cockpit before take-off!"
